Analyzing the advertising offers and identifying the most favorable promoting ways
- Designing advertising papers/products
- Collaboration with advertising agencies and mass-media
- Analyzing the competition and identifying it’s strengths and weaknesses
- Realizing the market research in order to determine the structure of market: existent beneficiaries, potentially beneficiaries
- Analyzing the prices used on the market and make the documented proposals for modification of the prices used by the Institute
- Analyzing the products and services supplied by the Institute in order to make useful proposal for raising quality and diversify them
- Proposing the realization of new products according with market demand
- Designing the strategies for attracting the new market segments/financing funds
